About Us

Thirteenth Street Neighborhood Advisory Committee (13th St. NAC) is a 501c3 non-profit that provides support to community groups that share a common mission—to strengthen and continue creating the best quality of life for all residents and animals in central San José.

Our community-based organization encompasses four north-central San José neighborhoods including multiple community groups; additionally, we work collaboratively in partnerships with other surrounding neighborhoods as well. We provide general support so that volunteers within each group can successfully focus on their specific niche within our community.

The 13th Street Neighborhood Advisory Committee meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month (except in December) at the Joyce Ellington Branch Library. [ Due to COVID, we are currently meeting by Zoom. Please contact us to be added to our meeting notifications.]
